This FREE 50-60 min body sculpting and strengthening workout at the Beachbody Corporate office, located in Santa Monica, guaranteed to put the spark back in your workout. It is based on best-selling Beachbody® programs, like Tony Horton’s P90X, INSANITY with Shaun T, and Chalene Johnson’s TurboFire. Join us for a COMPLIMENTARY WORKOUT and commit to GET FIT!
All levels welcomed. Also, we are doing Shakeology tasting after every workout.

As far as the workout, every Tuesday night Cindy & Jeremy host a workout at the Beachbody corporate headquarters. We typically sample one of our fitness programs such as P90X, Insanity, Les Mills Pump, Body Beast and so on. The address is;

We begin promptly at 7 PM so please arrive early with a towel (because you are likely to sweat) and a bottle of water to hydrate.
